Embroidery

Embroidered logos are a favourite when you want your logo to be noticed. Embroidery is a more professional way to go when your image is at stake, not to mention it will outlast most other forms of decorated apparel. Not all designs are suitable for embroidery and will sometimes need to be modified to suit. As a general rule there is a set-up involved to get started. We will need to see your logo to determine a price. If you don’t have a logo and just want our standard lettering there is no setup cost. We also have a selection of stock designs that with your choice of lettering may make the perfect logo for you. There is no charge for using our stock designs.

Screen Printing

Screen printed shirts are perfect for on-site tradesmen, sporting team shirts or even just a bucks night. They are cost effective and get your message across quickly. Not all designs are suited to screen printing, usually the preferred method of printing if you want a large print on the back such as your name and phone number. Although there is a setup to get started, the main advantage of screen printing is the price. It’s a cost effective alternative to embroidery or full colour digital transfers.

Digital Transfer

Digital transfers look fantastic when you have a fully detailed graphic logo and don’t want to loose any detail in the printing process. It’s a relatively new process on the market and is fast becoming the best alternative when you want the wow factor. Great for race shirts, sponsors just love seeing their logo accurately reproduced instead of the old 1 colour screen print.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is a unique cost effective process using inks that convert from a solid to a gas to product vibrant colours. You can use a photo or a high quality image with fantastic results. Due to gas fluctuations in this process there can be no colour guarantees so colour cannot be matched perfectly but this is generally not an issue.

A wide range of products can be printed with this process including clothing, flags, banners, coffee mugs, bar mats, stubby holders. The advantage of this process is the use of pictures and full colour images for small quantities at a low price.
