What's the best way to send my artwork for embroidery or printing?

The besy way to send artwork files to us would be is to email us a high quality logo file of your art in either a PDF, EPS or a high res JPG file at 300 DPI. If you just need basic text you can also email it to us and our design team will create it for you

Will I see a sample before commencement of my order?

Yes! All orders placed will have a proof emailed or embroidery samped for sign off and approval before going to print or embroidery.

What if I can't get these formats?

If your unable to supply your Logo in these formats, just send in what you have and our design team will do our best to advise the best solution.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

No. Please check carefully once you place an order. You can change any artwork requirements or sizes you may have – as long as we have not gone to print yet! Best to call us first and check.

Do you offer refunds for embroidered or screen printed orders?

Distinctive Image Computerised Embroidery does not refund or accept returns for embroidered or screen printed orders. We will happily exchange if you buy a stock item off the rack that doesn't fit (with no decoration done) but we will not refund. .

Can I order a plain sample before embroidery or printing?

Yes. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a sample.

Who owns the rights to artworks from an order?

Artwork and programs that require a set up charge are owned by the customer to be used exclusively for the customer but always remain the property of Distinctive Image Computerised Embroidery and do not leave the premises.

If I want to place a large order do you offer discount?

Yes. We are the large order specialists, from 1 to thousands! No job is too large. We have the resources to do the majority or our work 'In House' and also offer in indent service so we can compete on price without compromising on quality.

If I can't find what I want can you custom make to our requirements?

Absolutely! We do this a lot. The best way is to send us the details on what you want so we can help choose the best method to product the end product you're after.

Can I have the items in my order if I haven't paid yet?

All goods remain the property of Distinctive Image Computerised Embroidery and ownership title shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full has been received. Romalpa clause applies.
