Coronavirus Covid-19 Impact Statement

Amidst the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, we are already experiencing delays with most of our suppliers. Therefore, we encourage all our customer to consider what they might need in the next few months, especially as we are heading into winter just so we can be prepared for you.

During this time, you may experience a slight delay with orders and production. We will do our best to keep you informed of your order progress.

If you are able to visit our retail store, I wanted to share some of the things that we are doing to ensure everyone who visits our store or works with us is safe, as we do our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus Covid-19.

We have now taken on a range of extra precautionary measures across our retail store including:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitisation of common areas such as our service desks, phones, door handles and handrails.
  • Our team will be washing their hands more frequently with soap and water.
  • Distancing service areas to different locations in the store to keep a safe social distance between customers.
  • Asking any team members displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work.

If you are in isolation or prefer not to visit our store, we are always happy to have you email or chat with us over the phone – even video call, Facetime or Skype! You will always be able to contact the team here at Distinctive Image!
